unit of text measurement is a conventional page consisting of 1, 800 characters with spaces. For calculation of number of characters the command “statistics” of Microsoft Word program is used.

*minimum volume is 1 page, in case the volume of text translation is less than 1 statistical page, the value of translation is rounded off up to the volume of minimum order

Is there any markup to cost of works?

Ratio of markup for complexity of text are stipulated in case if high specialized translators are engaged for high quality works.

Terms of work completion:

Upon determination cost of translation we proceed from the fact that the whole text should be translated by one and the same translator.. Generally accepted standard volume of translation for each translator is 8 pages a day.

Nevertheless, quite often our Agency is addressed in case a contract to the volume of 20-30 pages should have been translated yesterday and if by the next morning the whole set of documents with the volume of 100-150 pages should be translated and notarized. Of course, Aligat translation bureau is always ready to make advances to the customer, although we should take into account that cost of our services will increase hereby.

Tariff for urgent order shall be applied in case if the text accepted for work (of any volume) is translated  at the day of order placement or on the next day (in case the volume is very large to process it by the end of business day, before 6.00 p.m.) as well as if translation is made at the rate of 10 pages a day.

Translation carried out after 6.00 p.m., is evaluated at night tariff and  shall be considered  super-urgent translation.

* a company stipulates super-urgent tariff, cost and term of delivery shall be coordinated personally in each particular case

**start of the translation service completion shall be considered the next working day after the calendar date of job acceptance

Upon estimate of costs of works we accept 70% of pre-payment. For permanent customers pre-payment of 50% and full payment upon delivery of works is stipulated.

4. by Western Union banking transfer from almost any bank section. Payment for translation amounts to 4-10%, term of obtainment 15 min. т
